ORDER DELIVERY

Products must be delivered by a postal company via postal service with payment made on the Website’s payment page or by electronic invoice for the Product using a bank card or bank transfer. Delivery methods: courier service within Kyiv or Nova Poshta in Kyiv and throughout Ukraine. Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by courier services such as DHL, UPS, Ukrposhta, or other companies at the Seller’s discretion. Detailed delivery terms may be agreed upon between the Buyer and the manager during Order confirmation.
Delivery of products is carried out via the Internet and is not limited to the territory of Ukraine.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
After delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or a third party specified in the Order as the Recipient (hereinafter – Buyer, and the third party – "Recipient"). If it is impossible to receive the Order, it may be handed over to a person who can provide information about the Order (tracking number and/or recipient’s name) and pay the full cost of the Order to the person delivering it.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer at the moment the Order is handed over and the Recipient signs the relevant documents confirming delivery of the Order.
Delivery is free of charge.
The Seller’s obligation to transfer the product to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the moment the Buyer receives the shipment, as this moment is determined according to the current postal regulations.

The procedure for delivery and disclosure of cargo batches containing goods is determined according to applicable postal rules.

Upon receiving the Order from the courier, the Recipient must check the Products and their compliance with the declared quality, assortment, and completeness, as well as verify the shelf life of the delivered Products and the integrity of the packaging. If there are no claims to the delivered Products, the Recipient must sign the “Order Delivery Form” and pay for the Order. A signature on the delivery documents indicates that the Recipient has no claims to the Products, and the Seller has fully and properly fulfilled its obligation regarding delivery of the Products.
The date, time, and if necessary, the delivery route may be specified by the manager who contacts the Buyer to confirm the Order.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

Delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the Product purchased by the Buyer and ends when the Recipient receives the Products and pays for them. Claims regarding the quality of the purchased Product that arise after receipt and payment are considered based on the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Seller’s warranty obligations. Accordingly, purchasing a Product with delivery does not give the Buyer the right to demand delivery of the purchased Product for warranty service or replacement, nor does it provide the Buyer with the possibility to perform warranty service or replacement of the Product by sending it to the Buyer. Purchasing the Product also does not imply the possibility of refunding the delivery cost of the Product in cases where the Buyer has the right to return the money for the Product according to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."

All products purchased by the Buyer online and shipped outside Ukraine may be subject to import taxes, duties, VAT, and import restrictions in the receiving country specified by the Buyer. Payment of these fees is the Buyer’s personal responsibility and cannot be fully or partially reimbursed by the Seller or prepaid online.
