RETURN CONDITIONS

1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the received Goods of proper quality for similar ones within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all the following conditions are met simultaneously:

1.1. The Goods have not been used, their commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the receipt issued to the Buyer together with the sold Goods, are preserved.

1.2. The Goods are not included in the list of items specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection'" as those that are not subject to exchange and/or return (for example, underwear, hosiery products, and others).

2. The Buyer does not have the right to return or exchange underwear and hosiery products of proper quality under any circumstances.

Please note that the following categories of goods are non-returnable regardless of the product name on the website:

  • Tights, socks, stockings.

  • Headwear / hats.

  • Swimwear / bathing suits.

  • Corsetry (corsets).

  • Underwear: lingerie, panties, tops, leggings, bike shorts, bras, brassieres, bodysuits.

3. If at the time of exchange a similar Goods item is not available for sale, the Buyer has the right either to purchase any other Goods from the available assortment with the appropriate recalculation of the cost, or to terminate the Contract and receive a refund of the value of the returned Goods, or to exchange the Goods for a similar one as soon as the corresponding Goods becomes available for sale.

4. In case significant defects are found during the established warranty period that arose due to the fault of the Goods manufacturer (Seller), or in case of Goods falsification confirmed by an expert examination, the Buyer has the right to choose either to terminate the Contract with a refund of the amount paid for the Goods, or to demand replacement of the Goods with the same or similar Goods available from the Seller.

5. The Buyer or Seller have the right to terminate this Contract at any time before the Buyer accepts the Goods.

6. The Buyer has the right to terminate this Contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all conditions specified in clauses 10.1.1 and 10.1.2 of this Contract are simultaneously met.

7. If the Goods were sent to the Buyer by mail, in case of Contract termination, such Goods must also be returned by mail.

8. The Seller undertakes to reimburse the Buyer's expenses related to the return of the Goods.

9. In case of Contract termination and return of Goods already paid by the Buyer via non-cash payment, the paid funds are returned by the Seller within 7 (seven) days from the moment the Goods are returned.

10. In case the Buyer refused to accept the Goods already paid by non-cash payment and decided to terminate the Contract, the paid funds are returned by the Seller within 7 (seven) days from the moment of Contract termination.

When receiving the Goods, please make sure that you have received Goods of proper quality and that you are satisfied with everything. Claims regarding defects are not considered after receiving the Goods from the courier or postal workers.
